Our process includes the following steps:
First, we will sit together and go through our specification brief with you and then work out a budget estimate. This will help you realise your budget’s potential, and is the first step in establishing a fixed price.
Then we will co-ordinate with the Engineers, Architect, as well as Interior Designer to your exact requirements. This step is the minimum pre-requisite in order to procure a ‘lump-sum’, ‘fixed-price’ tender, providing you the opportunity to adjust if necessary, your proposed budget.
This standard Master Builders Association contract will give you all the information related to the finished project, ready for occupation, at a fixed price. The only way the price can be changed is by mutual consent, through a standard variation document.
In this stage our Perfect Application Mechanism is demonstrated. The time frame will be clearly stated in your building contract, & we will keep you updated on all stages your project’s progress, including getting photographs to you.
This is the most thrilling moment when we hand over the keys to you and you take ownership of your property. Also there is guaranteed ongoing property maintenance available upon request.
